Our Commitment

At NASS UNION CONTRACTING CO., we are committed to delivering quality services, products, and project outcomes that consistently meet or exceed our clients' requirements, applicable laws, regulations, codes, standards, and contractual obligations.

We believe quality is not solely the responsibility of the Quality Department. It is a shared responsibility across every level of the organization, from management and engineering through procurement, construction, manpower services, equipment rental, commissioning, and project completion.

Our objective is to “Do It Right the First Time” by integrating quality into every stage of our operations through effective planning, competent resources, robust controls, verification, and continuous improvement.

Our Quality Principles

NASS UNION CONTRACTING CO. is committed to:

  1. Understanding Client Requirements
Clearly identify and fulfill client specifications, contractual requirements, applicable standards, and project expectations.

  2. Quality by Planning
Establish appropriate quality plans, procedures, inspection requirements, and acceptance criteria before work begins.

  3. Competent People & Resources
Provide qualified personnel, appropriate equipment, materials, technology, and resources necessary to achieve the required quality.

  4. Compliance with Standards
Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, international standards, client specifications, and approved project procedures.

  5. Quality Control & Verification
Implement effective inspection, testing, monitoring, and verification throughout project execution and service delivery.

  6. Supplier & Subcontractor Quality
Select, evaluate, and monitor suppliers and subcontractors to ensure their products and services meet specified quality requirements.

  7. Document & Record Control
Maintain accurate, traceable, and controlled quality documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.

  8. Non-Conformance Management
Promptly identify, document, investigate, and control non-conforming work, materials, or services and implement effective corrective actions.

  9. Root Cause & Corrective Action
Address the root causes of quality issues rather than only correcting their immediate effects.

  10. Continuous Improvement
Use audits, inspections, performance data, lessons learned, client feedback, and corrective actions to continually improve our processes and performance.

  11. Risk-Based Quality Management
Identify and manage quality risks proactively, giving priority to activities and deliverables that can significantly affect safety, reliability, cost, schedule, or client satisfaction.

  12. Traceability & Integrity
Maintain appropriate traceability of materials, equipment, inspections, tests, certifications, and project deliverables where required.

  13. Customer Satisfaction
Maintain open communication with our clients and respond promptly and professionally to their requirements, concerns, and feedback.

  14. Quality Leadership & Accountability
Management shall provide leadership, resources, and direction, while every employee is accountable for the quality of their own work.

  15. Right First Time
Promote a culture where quality is built into the work from the beginning, minimizing rework, waste, defects, delays, and unnecessary costs.

Leadership & Accountability

The management of NASS UNION CONTRACTING CO. shall provide the leadership, resources, competent personnel, and organizational support required to implement this policy effectively.

Managers and supervisors are responsible for ensuring that work is properly planned, controlled, inspected, and executed in accordance with approved requirements.

Every employee, contractor, and subcontractor has a responsibility to perform their work correctly, identify quality risks, report deficiencies, and prevent the acceptance or progression of defective work.

Quality requirements shall be considered alongside HSE, cost, schedule, reliability, and operational requirements in all business and project decisions.

Our Quality Goal

ZERO DEFECTS | RIGHT FIRST TIME | CUSTOMER SATISFACTION | CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

We are committed to developing long-term relationships with our clients by consistently delivering safe, reliable, compliant, and high-quality services.

“Quality is not inspected into our work. It is built into everything we do.”
